Show/Obedience Trial - schedule in Winter Beardie Business 3) Nominations of Judges for June 05 P Brooks presented a number of names for consideration; meeting agreed to again approach D Crofts who was approached for October 04 but unavailable 4) Possible Subcontract of Mrs Stella Clark (UK) from Collie Rough & Smooth Club of Qld Sat 13th August 2005 (ie 33rd weekend) Sat: Liverpool & Dist ABKC We have written to Liverpool & Dist KC asking permission to run a show in conjunction with them. When reply received we will seek the subcontract from Qld and then apply for a change of date. Collie Club of Qld is happy for us to make the travel arrangements from Brisbane to Sydney. A Dictaphone may be useful for critique. BUSINESS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS BUSINESS OF
CORRESPONDENCE 1) Herding a battle still exists for the use of Erskine Park grounds. Meeting agreed to wait until next meeting, and if no satisfactory response has been received we will write again. Belgenny farm is very co-operative and accessible through R Cole 2) Herding Clinics/Trials 21 & 22 July K Finlayson to confirm the booking is still ok. 3) Pal Inter Club Challenge Sat 24th July 2004 team has been entered 4) Judges Training Scheme (a) Field Night Monday 12th July 7pm preferable a class of dogs & a class of bitches (b) Mini Sub Group Monday 19th July 1 beardie (c) Final Full group Night Monday 26th July 1 beardie 5) 2005 Pet & Animal Expo 5-7 Nov & 2004 Panthers per Expo 14/15 Aug meeting agreed that unfortunately we do not have enough people available to participate 6) Rescue pamphlets ready to be printed; Rescue officer just checking numbers required. GENERAL BUSINESS 1) Date for Christmas Party various options were mentioned; resolved to let Executive select date after looking at Calendar
